It’s good, but somehow the manager consultation felt lacking. The doctor was fine, but the stitches were pulled out by nurses or assistants, and so on. Compared with other hospitals, I felt the aftercare and the small details were lacking, and I came because an acquaintance had searched around and given me the info, so it was okay up until the consultation and setting a surgery date. But after that they were snappy, and it made me feel awful. I’m not your friend... I’ve never seen someone like this before. The manager also felt a bit off, and the person answering the phone kept making mistakes and seemed sharp, which made me feel bad. I even heard that they gave my acquaintance different guidance about the consultation date, which was ridiculous.
