The first place I went to for a consultation. The consultation manager was very kind. After the CT scan, I was consulting with the manager when the director came in. The director recommended nostril reduction along with correction for a bulbous nose, but the manager said nostril reduction might not be necessary. So I felt a bit unsure. Oh, and it was my first surgery, but they recommended autologous costal cartilage. Still, my nose is very short and small, so I really did need autologous costal cartilage. For cases like mine and beyond, they generally seem to recommend autologous costal cartilage. If you don’t want autologous costal cartilage, you’d probably need to go somewhere else. The director pulled on my nose and said it doesn’t stretch well, so they recommended a no-implant option instead of silicone. They did say the bridge height wouldn’t change. They said correcting the nasolabial angle should come first for my nose. I agreed with that too. They didn’t pressure me at all to pay a deposit that day, and instead told me to consult more places first. More than anything, they organized today’s consultation notes and sent them to me on KakaoTalk, which was very helpful. But the director’s aesthetic sense is a little too flashy for my taste, so I’m still thinking about it.
