Maybe it was just the time I went, but the atmosphere felt a little empty. Still, everyone was kind and nice. But it definitely seems like each hospital has its own preferred surgical methods and materials. Even when I researched beforehand, I knew they mainly use costal cartilage here, and as expected, they recommended costal cartilage a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't really want costal cartilage, so I removed them from my list, but they seemed confident in producing good results with the material they are used to, so it wasn't bad.
