They said I would need autologous costal cartilage, and they accurately pointed out the parts of my nose that I felt were problematic, so I gained trust. I also liked the fact that they only perform two surgeries a day. However, I had to pay extra if I wanted to see the CCTV footage, and there was some pressure to pay a reservation fee.
