Because my nose was big, I went in wanting hump-nose correction and to reduce the overall size of my nose. The hospital was large, and the waiting seats were private, cozy, and nice. They said consultation might take one to two hours, but I was seen in less than five minutes. I also had a CT scan before the consultation. The staff were quite kind, and when they asked whether I had seen a doctor before, I said no, so they brought in the main rhinoplasty doctor. But honestly, I had really just called in on the spot, so it was a little surprising that they came right away. The doctor honestly wasn’t very friendly. They just spoke facts. And since my nasal bridge was already high, they suggested an implant, which was when I started to lose interest a little. I was scared of implants and didn’t want one. After that, the consultation ended and I discussed the estimate with the staff, but it was more expensive than I expected, so I was taken aback. Then suddenly they said that if I booked surgery and paid today, I could get it for 2.96 million won. At that point it was obvious they just wanted to make money, and I definitely lost interest. It’s my money and my nose, so I need to look around a lot and decide carefully. When I said I’d think about it more, they said then I could only have the surgery for 4.8 million won, so in my head I just said bye-bye and left. The service wasn’t bad, but... I don’t trust places that try to get you to pay right away like that, so I can’t really recommend it.
