The doctor consultation was the best and felt professional. But they recommended a lot more things than other hospitals, so I was torn. In the director consultation, there was a bit of pressure to make a same-day reservation, and when I tried to cancel after paying the deposit, it was really hard to get in touch with the consultation staff. I paid with my own money and just wanted my own money back, but even after sending messages there was no reply for a long time. I called the consultation director, still couldn't reach anyone, so I had to call the hospital separately again, and only then did I finally get through. I had liked the hospital, but the staff's attitude made my trust drop sharply.
