The reception staff and the consultation manager were both kind. Director Park Il had a lot of energy and gave a really detailed consultation, which made me trust him a lot. More than anything, he explained things in a way that made much more sense to me than the surgical direction suggested at other hospitals, so I had no choice but to choose him. I’d gone to about three consultations and was starting to lose hope because I kept hearing, “Even if you have surgery, it won’t change much,” and “Your eyes will get more cramped,” so I went in with no expectations. But he drew out exactly why my eyes had become sausage-like and explained how he would fix them, and I understood immediately. I thought there was no one else for it, so I booked on the same day. Because of my eyes, I couldn’t really look for a hospital mainly for nose surgery, but I really wanted to do my eyes at this hospital, so even though I wasn’t strongly drawn to the nose consultation, I quickly looked up photo reviews of the nose doctor and thought he didn’t seem bad, so I decided to do the nose surgery at the same hospital too. I hope the surgery goes well~
