They made it harmonious in a shape that suits my face well. This was my first surgery, and I have no intention of getting revision surgery. They seem to prefer a natural look, so I asked for as much glamour as possible within what can be done on the face. If I had to point out one downside, they looked at my follow-up consultation for about 30 seconds and then just sent me out.
