For the nose, just go to a plastic surgery surgeon. My nose structure actually got weirder. The alar cartilage looks whitish, like it might protrude into the inside of my nostril, and the shape of my nose isn’t nicely defined either. It doesn’t look strange from the outside, so I’m just living with it, but I don’t know when I should get revision surgery. It’s not weird, but it’s not pretty or good either. If I had known it would turn out like this, I would have done it somewhere else. On the other hand, the inferior turbinate surgery was done quite well, so I lived comfortably for a year before it recurred again. And the consultant manager was soooo kind and attentive that I still remember it years later.
