The director looked a bit tired, but answered what needed to be answered. The type to say no if something can't be done. They were the only one who drew the line for both eyes. But I don't really understand the hospital system or the staff. Maybe because it was so crowded and busy. Even my appointment was suddenly pushed back the day before, and overall it didn't feel like they were paying much attention.
