First, they took a CT and photos from multiple angles, and there was no consultation fee. While reviewing the CT, they suggested directions for improving the bulbous nose. I wanted to avoid implants as much as possible, but they said that if I did that, there would be almost no improvement. They recommended costal cartilage. I appreciated their honesty, but they couldn't really guide me in the direction I wanted.
