There was a wait, but not enough that I had to wait over an hour. I got a consultation for nose surgery, and both the manager and the director were so kind. The consultation with the director didn't even feel like it lasted 10 minutes. At other hospitals they say my nose isn't easy to work on, but after poking it a few times with a cotton swab, they just said, 'We can do it like this and like that,' and that was it.. I didn't trust it, so I didn't have surgery here.
