This clinic really needs to improve its consultation booking system. I was told consultation times are set separately for weekdays and weekends, so I just took it that way and booked the consultation for the time they gave me. Then a text message came at after 5 p.m. the day before the consultation. It basically said that there may be a 2-hour wait when you book a consultation, so please keep that in mind. If that’s the case, shouldn’t they divide the booking times into intervals??? Like 20 minutes, 40 minutes, something like that??? Why make fixed-time reservations and then tell people to come and wait first?? Is the doctor’s time gold and the consultation patients’ time dirt? I was so dumbfounded by this. I waited an hour after going there. The director who consulted with me was kind. I knew she was very kind, and that was part of why I went, but the consultation system ruined my mood completely. First, I met the lead director for my consultation, and as expected, she was extremely kind and explained everything patiently. She did not recommend unnecessary surgery. The director herself was good, but for some reason I left without making a reservation because of the other parts.
