The consultation manager was very friendly and helpful, and among the places I have been to, the facility ranks in my top 3. I originally planned to consult with the main director, but followed the consultation manager's opinion and saw a different Dr. Park instead. There was a bit of waiting, and the yes/no answers were very clear, but the way some informal speech slipped in made it seem like a habit. They drew the line 2 or 3 times, but the reactions were like, "Uh, isn't this a bit off?" so it didn't feel very trustworthy.
