They were kind, but they speak rather briefly. That doesn’t mean they’re unfriendly or unwilling to explain; it just feels like they would answer more if I asked in more detail. Maybe it’s because they’re busy, or maybe they’re just not very talkative, I’m not sure. Anyway, they seem solid because of their experience, but I’m wondering if they’re almost too standard. The regular surgery price is that amount, but there is a discount.
