I had some free time this time, so I went in for a consultation because I was planning to get a nose surgery. It was my first consultation, but the director explained everything in great detail. I think we talked about a lot of things, but while the consultation was going on, they didn't act busy or rush me, and I was able to have a thorough consultation, which was nice. I was able to ask everything I was curious about, and the director answered well too. I came away feeling comfortable after the consultation.
