I visited at opening time, so the wait was about 10 minutes. The hospital was clean and the interior felt luxurious, which I liked, and the front desk staff were kind, so the first impression was the best. The consultation was thorough, but the doctor felt a bit colder than I expected, so I felt awkward asking this and that. The before-and-after photo cases and everything else gave me a strong overall sense of confidence in the results.
