I visited because I wanted a natural line + functional nose surgery. Consultation went in this order: manager > director > manager. The manager was extremely kind, and they answered all my questions. The director took one look and said this is how it should be done, giving a diagnosis(?) right away, and had the relaxed feel of a seasoned veteran.
