They called often to confirm the visit after booking and up until the day of the appointment. I went early because they said the consultation could be done before the scheduled time, but I ended up leaving after an hour. I had to wait a bit, there were a lot of people, and it was hectic. The director recommended a lot of different things, so I wasn't sure. There was no consultation fee. The manager only knew the very basics, I asked something and they said they didn't know, and it felt like I knew more than they did.
