I had a dermatology consultation. The consultation managers were obsessed with closing the deal, so the consultation was somewhat like a copied-and-pasted theoretical script. The patient has to know a lot and ask a lot. It felt factory-like, the wait was long, and the prices were relatively cheap. If anything, the doctor was even kinder. The staff who handled skin care seemed to be junior staff, but they were more considerate.
