My expectations were high, but even if I had a reservation, on 9 out of 10 days I had to wait an extra hour and 30 minutes past the appointment timeㅠㅠ Still, the person who examined me was kind, which was nice, and even if the staff at the front desk were rude, the staff inside the skin care room were kind, so I ended up giving three stars instead of oneㅜㅜ I was grateful that they apologized well every time my appointment was delayed by an hour and a half to over an hour! Also, the price was cheaper than other dermatology clinics, which was nice.
