Unlike other clinics, the director is unfriendly and way too busy. The regular staff are extremely kind. The clinic layout is seriously like a maze, which I really hate. I've been coming here often, so shouldn't they do something about the facilities... I know they recently moved and have been making an effort, but it's just too inconvenient. There aren't even any chairs in the waiting room, so I'm standing all the time.
