Most of the front-desk staff were kind, and the consultation managers were hit or miss, but there was one who was extremely kind and I liked her. The consultant I saw this weekend was the rudest person ever. The nurses and the staff in the procedure area were just businesslike, so I don't have anything specific to say about them. The doctor was also unexpectedly on the kind side, and the lifting results were not bad compared with other factory-style hospitals in Seomyeon, in my opinion.
