When I first went 7 to 8 years ago, they were subtly rude and I was annoyed more than once, but maybe about 4 years ago? It seems like they retrained the staff because things got much better. When I went as a regular member, it felt like a factory and I didn't get much care, but if you buy the VIP package, they definitely take better care of you and the procedures are done well.
