This is a review written for the public good. I never even got to meet the doctor, so I’m just giving 5 stars. I came in to remove a tattoo at the tail of my eyeliner. I saw the manager before I saw the doctor. I waited more than 40 minutes past my appointment time. The manager’s first line wasn’t an apology, but "You didn’t wait that long, right?" They pressured me to get sleep anesthesia because eyeliner tattoo removal hurts. The upselling was unpleasant. When I asked all kinds of questions because I didn’t want to go ahead as-is, they didn’t answer properly. I asked whether I could book another day because I had a tight schedule after sleep anesthesia, but they just flatly said no because I hadn’t paid. No additional guidance. When I left, they didn’t even say goodbye or turn their head away from the monitor. I’ve been to many dermatology clinics and dealt with many rude managers, but this was the first time I’d experienced service like this. I got it done at another hospital for 50,000 won.
