The hospital is too busy and there are too many people. Waiting over an hour is standard, and even if you arrive right after lunch break ends for a walk-in opening, there's already a long line. It's completely factory-style treatment, and there are plenty of better places elsewhere, so I don't think there's any need to get Botox here.
