It's completely factory-like and the coordinator makes all the decisions. It differs from the doctor's opinion. I added 1 minute of InMode because they said 2 minutes was not enough, and then when I tried to do 500 shots of Shurink, they said it wasn't enough, so when I tried 600 shots the price went up too much. Since the difference from 1000 shots wasn't much, I tried 1000 shots, but it was too expensive, so I ended up being charged for two 500-shot packages... which ended up even more expensive. There were cheaper 1000-shot options, but still; when I asked why they wouldn't apply the cheaper one, they said it's because I had added 500 shots. Shouldn't the coordinator have checked the price on their own? It feels like the customer has to search for the cheaper version of the same product themselves... Make sure you check the price yourself. I booked 1000 shots and said I'd get the thousand shots today, and when I asked a friend who gets that amount, they said 600 shots is already a lot, so that should be enough. When I said I'd just take 600, they asked whether the remaining 400 shots should be discarded, so I said leave them. I don't understand why they even asked about discarding them.. Before the procedure, the doctor looked at my face and said to use only 600 shots, then told me to just get 500 shots, so I only got 500 shots; The coordinator is annoying, has zero professionalism, and is just trying to sell things.
