The doctor and staff are kind, but the consultant doesn't seem professional, and it feels completely like a typical factory-style clinic. If it were for something like hair removal, maybe, but even botox was injected wrong and made me look skeletal. I got a fat-dissolving injection on the back of my thigh, and there was zero effect. There are several doctors, so each time a different person does it, but honestly it's much better to pay a bit more and go somewhere else that is more professional. I tried to save a little money and go cheap, but I ended up wasting both money and time. It's lucky if nothing goes wrong. Don't be fooled by the number of people. I've had botox, filler, and laser done here, and I'm done with them now
