I think that before the procedure, apart from the consultation with the manager, there is almost no consultation with the doctor. You go straight into the procedure room, look in the mirror, and say things like where you want it like this and that, so there is no separate consultation, but still they did their best to make it the shape I wanted, and I liked it. Mine was done with a imported filler, so it lasted quite a long time.
