The counseling manager was kind, but the nurse? was just so-so. The doctor was kind too, but didn't listen to what I wanted. I emphasized again and again that my lips were asymmetrical and asked them to match the symmetry, then they asked, "What kind of symmetry do you mean?" so I just said, "Symmetry!" and the result is completely uneven.
