This was a procedure I got when Director Choi was still there, but looking now, the chief director has changed...; The director at the time seemed to be thorough and attentive, but the consultation manager recommended 2 or 3 additional procedures, and I have a bad memory of them repeatedly pointing out facial flaws more than the procedure I had come for, while spending more energy explaining why I needed the additional procedures they were recommending.
