The consultation wasn't done in a room but in an open space like a factory, so it was distracting. The coordinators looked annoyed, explained things roughly, and kept cutting me off. I had nothing to say so I just answered in short replies, and I couldn't tell if they were trying to sell me something or telling me to leave quickly... I felt bad and got the procedure somewhere else.
