4 years ago I went there for semi-permanent makeup, and the price was about the same as surgery. The consultation manager was really unfriendly. Still, I wondered if getting semi-permanent makeup at a hospital would be different, so I went ahead with it, but the doctor only did the anesthesia and the procedure itself was done by someone with just a skin-care license. I remember thinking, then why am I paying this much to get it done at a hospital?
