The doctor was insanely unfriendly... He asked a few simple questions with not a single extra word and then did the procedure right away. I couldn't really tell whether it worked, but at least there were no side effects, so I guess that's something; I have no intention of going back, and even the staff had been recommending laser hair removal, but when I said no, their face seemed to change a bit.
