I went about a month ago and got square jaw Botox, and from around the 2-week mark it started working so that even when I clench, nothing comes out, and I'm satisfied because even now when I clench, the muscle doesn't bulge. It had been years since I last got it, so maybe because it had been so long, they said my muscles were really developed, which was a bit embarrassing lol
