When I booked with the chief director, they suddenly changed me to another doctor that day, saying the chief director only does revision surgery. I also had trouble keeping my eyes fully open straight because of dry eyes, but they still did not set the line properly at all (it kept loosening, so I do not even know what they were trying to do). So I was left not even sure whether that counted as a consultation or not, and when I was talking with the manager again, they said it was just okay. Since there was no substance to what had been discussed, I just pretended to think about it, and when they spoke as if they were frustrated, I just wrapped things up and left. I went because the chief director seemed like a very conscientious doctor on YouTube and I was curious about their diagnostic method, but it was really a disappointing case.
