I've been going there since they were at Rush, but after they moved across the street, the waiting time got even longer. It's a course where you have to wait twice, and I have acne that needs to be squeezed even after getting an anti-inflammatory shot. When I asked whether it was okay not to squeeze it, they said it seemed like the shot alone would make it go away, so I left it alone, but in the end the inflammation did not go away and later, when it was squeezed, blood mixed with pus came out.. For acne treatment, the esthetician seems more important than the doctor, and this place is good if you want cheap treatment. As for scar treatment.. they used to have a good female director, but after she quit, everyone has just been at the level of typical factory-style doctors. It's more about preventing things from getting worse than actually seeing an effect.
