One of the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. Even though I had made a reservation, the wait was way too long. The person doing the consultation didn't really seem to have much expertise either. The doctor who treated me was kind and fine though. But before, the person who did my Pico toning explained things in detail, whereas this time there was no guidance on how the laser would be done. It was disappointing that I couldn't choose. They said the previous person's Clarity treatment would be effective, so I got it... but it wasn't an amazing effect.
