A factory-style hospital. The consultation managers are all young and only explain things according to the manual. If you buy a prepaid amount, you should get a VAT discount, but the consultation manager missed the payment, and when I checked at the front desk after the procedure they just said oh, right, we'll take off the VAT, with only a careless response, so once I use up the prepaid amount I probably won't go back. Procedures are done by a rotating doctor, so it's random, and this is a place where you lose out if you don't clearly state exactly what you want or if you don't know.
