Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations because it felt so much like a factory, but even so, the communication between the doctor and consultant seemed really lacking. Even if you book a long consultation time, you end up waiting at least 30 minutes, and if you add all the other waiting times, it feels like more than an hour is just waiting. It would be nice if the consultant and doctor communicated better.
