Waited about 30 minutes, then had consultation with the manager, then care - laser. This was my first factory-style dermatology clinic, and the care was so-so. But the staff member forgot there was also a laser treatment and only remembered after everything else was done, saying, "Oh, you also have laser today;;" so I felt a bit uneasy. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long. The toning laser was handled kindly and well enough, but as expected from a factory-style clinic, I didn't know who the doctor was when I received it ;;;;
