I’m still at the stage where I’ve only been for a consultation, but I found a place I really like!! My nose.. low bridge + hump + slightly visible nostrils, that kind of size, so I really wanted nose surgery!! During the consultation, the director had what I’d call real pride in nose surgery? He was extremely professional, and I really liked the consultation too When I said I wanted to get rid of the hump and make it into a slightly glamorous line, he said that using donated rib cartilage for the bridge and tip would probably work And that at that level, the glamorous line + straight line I want would be no problem I really liked it
