The director is really good at nose surgery. But I’ve developed some side effects now. One side of my nose has become so narrow that it’s uncomfortable every time I breathe, there’s always a lot of runny mucus from the narrowed nostril, I can’t breathe comfortably, and it feels blocked and stuffy, with a strong foreign-body sensation ㅠㅠ When I came back for treatment because of these symptoms, the treatment-room staff responded in a way that sounded annoyed, even speaking casually to me, and the director just said it was nothing serious and that it was normal, then basically pushed me out to leave quickly. Even during the consultation, I felt like things were handled halfheartedly, and I’m really disappointed by the attitude of the director and staff after the surgery. +Update It’s now been about a month and a half since the surgery. Originally, it was so uncomfortable breathing through the narrowed nose that it even made a wheezing sound when I breathed, but now I’ve gotten used to it and the swelling has gone down more, so my discomfort has improved a lot. Still, compared with the other nostril, it’s not completely comfortable to breathe through. Also, the narrowed side produces unusually a lot of mucus, and mucus is always collecting near the tip where the cartilage sticks out thickly, so sometimes it gets embarrassing; but honestly, there’s no surgery that’s 100% satisfying, so at this point I’m satisfied.
