About 3 years ago, I went there from out of town because it was said to be a filler-specialist hospital. The staff friendliness was poor, but the director kept saying things like, "It hurts, right? It's okay~ We're almost done~" in a gentle way, like soothing a child, and finished quickly. I kept asking for a natural look because I hated the typical filler lip look, and both during the consultation and during the procedure, they listened well ㅎㅎ
