Before the consultation, I heard there was a discount if you left a photo review, or that after-service was free. There were so many conditions to check that I didn't want to hear it. They kept stressing as if you'd be committing a crime if you violated any rule, and each staff member took turns highlighting it with stars, which really startled me. But in the end, it was just so-so.. The director wasn't especially kind or unkind, just gave robot-like sympathy. I had high expectations because people said this place was good at philtrum procedures..
