And you have to prepay, which feels off! Without a consultation with the director, the staff just roughly ask in the waiting area what style you want and leave! Some of the staff were kind, some had terrible manners, cut people off, spoke loudly, argued, and were completely pushy! I don't know the title, but I think she was the manager! One of the staff said that it wouldn't turn out the way I wanted anyway, and I didn't understand why they kept asking what I wanted and why they kept asking questions!
