First of all, the desk staff, not the counseling director, were really unfriendly and it put me in a bad mood. I asked them to help because the anesthesia medicine got into my mouth, but the older woman with short hair just said, in an annoyed way, to wait. The doctor was kind, anyway, but the lip filler came out within less than a week, and from the start they had injected only about 1 cc even though they said it was an ample dose and that I'd need a lip filler retouch. When I called about discomfort after the procedure, the person who answered actually got angry and said there was nothing they could do and that the patient should handle it themselves. It was the first hospital I'd seen that told the patient to deal with it on their own. And then, only later, they gave a calm explanation, which was the worst. I will never go again.
