The director was extremely rude I filled out a simple questionnaire before the consultation, and when I checked that I was sensitive to asymmetry, he basically turned me away at the door, saying that because of my congenital asymmetry, even if he adjusted it, it would still stand out and he couldn't do it..; I was flustered because it was the first time I'd been refused a procedure for that reason after taking the time to go there.
