I can’t remember the exact surgery cost, but I think it was somewhere in the high 5 million won to mid 6 million won range. I’m satisfied because the scar from the philtrum reduction is barely visible. The hospital was also in its early days, so it was very quiet and kind. But personally I found the cartilage in my nose uncomfortable as a foreign body, so I had it removed. The shape was pretty, but I was just sensitive, so that part was disappointing.
