It's a factory, pure and simple. Instagram influencers were promoting it a lot, and it seemed like they got special treatment because they were close to them or something. The manager consultation was rushed and not detailed at all. The wait was long and there was no design consultation with the doctor. Especially the storage locker? The door lock in the space where I was getting the procedure done broke, so after I put my belongings inside, the door wouldn't open and things were delayed, but the staff just kept going "what do we do, what do we do" among themselves and didn't apologize once. Train your staff properly. Maybe it's okay if it's a procedure that doesn't need the doctor's skill, but I have no intention of coming back.
